Once you have signed up and get your account setup, you can update your information. To change your password, order history preferences or any company information, simply log on to your account by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" link. Once you have logged in, you can make your changes.
You can check your order status and track your order online by signing into your account from the "MY ACCOUNT" link.
Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password via email. Go to the "Login" page and click on the "Request a New Password" link, provide your email address in the box provided and submit the form. Once you use this password to login to your account, you must reset your password.
